Bonus funds credited to a 77color account must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement" or "rollover requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly at the time each bonus is offered. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived funds are not withdrawable.
77color reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, in cases where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. In the event of a dispute, 77color encourages Users to first contact the 77color support team to attempt resolution informally. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days of written notification, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
